All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. mint33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification being complete. mint33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): mint33 is obligated to implement AML controls. Transactions identified as suspicious may be delayed, investigated, or reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any AML-related requests.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, mint33 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-error state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's Account balance. mint33's decision in such matters is final.
For sports betting markets: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, or abandonment, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless market-specific rules state otherwise. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a system or human error may be voided at mint33's discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mint33.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mint33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
mint33's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim, or MYR 2,000, whichever is the lesser.

mint33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons, among others:
Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at mint33's discretion after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements, any amounts subject to AML investigation, or any amounts representing proceeds of fraudulent activity.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding outstanding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
mint33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
